Biography Barbara Hauser has dedicated her career to helping business leaders to gain and grow competitive positions in the global market. As a business development and organizational change enthusiast, her professional career highlights the passion she truly enjoys helping her clients succeed. In 2000, Barbara founded BH Performance Consulting, a high performance coaching and training practice based in Weston, Florida, building on a successful 30 year business career in Latin America. In 1994, Barbara co founded Empresarte Venezuela, the Venezuelan licensee of FranklinCovey, serving her world class client base as partner, facilitator, coach, implementation specialist and consultant. She has been recognized as a top revenue producer in the international coaching network. In 2002 Barbara became a member of the worldwide network of trainers and consultants for the Adventace Company, a global leader in methodologies for the complex sale. Prior to Empresarte, Barbara served as Operations Director of the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce, providing support to local and international firms; and was the Director of the English language teaching firm American Language Academy for the four years previous to that. Barbara is a consultant with QLD Learning, a pioneer in public school improvement programs. She co-designed and trained coaches in the QLD S.M.A.R.T. Coaching Methodology. Barbara earned a BA degree from the University of Iowa and an MA in Curriculum and Instructional Design from Virginia Tech University. She is a Certified Mentor Coach at Coachville and has coach certifications from Franklin Covey as well as the Newfield Network in both personal and organizational coaching. |
